In 1995, a sports diver exploring the bottom shelf of Okinawa, Japan, the diver suddenly discovered some huge structure at a depth of about forty feet high, consisting of blocks of the original form, resembling the architecture of houses. The structure was completely covered with sand and numerous corals and perennial layers of marine organisms, not explicitly referred to the Second World War, which was once a hot field of battle on the coast of Okinawa. After a large-scale survey was conducted coast, was found a few more similar structures, which were obviously very old.
Is this really were the remains of marine strengthening of the last war? Or monument was much older? To this day, the exact age and origin of the monoliths, remains a mystery.
